Registation and Room Payments
The registration fee is due after you complete the registration form above.
The price is $70 per person which includes: Seminars, materials, and one shared meal.

The room fee is $150 per room, has 2 queen bends, with a maximum of 4 people allowed in each room.
One person will pay the full amount of $150 and you can split the cost among your roommate(s).
You do not need to pay the room fee immediately; it can be paid at a later time once you have finalized your roommates.
However, your room reservation will only be confirmed once the full $150 payment has been received by RT.
Please Register by January 29th 2025 to secure your spot.
REFUND POLICY
Thank you for registering and paying for our overnight retreat!
We understand that plans can change, so please review our refund policy below:

Cancellations made before January 31st: Full refund.

Cancellations made between February 1st and February 29th: 50% refund.

Cancellations made on or after March 1st: No refund or transfer will be provided, in accordance with hotel and conference center policies.
